Admin Assistant

Looking for a self-starter professional to work directly with the owner.
Must have computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Adobe Acrobat (creating PDFs), data entry, experience working with Quickbooks, DropBox, and Photoshop is a plus.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Assisting the owner
Multi-tasking and time management skills
Entering sales orders and purchase orders into our Inventory Management System
Answering the phone
Greeting customers
Creating Line Sheets

Responsibilities include the following:
Coordinate with vendors and customers.
Must be computer literate.
Have knowledge in a warehouse environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
