Responsibilities:
Part Time, In-person only, M-F 12:
30PM - 5:
30PM Commercial Real Estate Co.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, screen calls for top management - Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and faxing documents - Maintain calendars for multiple conference rooms - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Prepare FedEx and UPS overnight paperwork
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist, computerized switchboard - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Familiar with MS Office - Ability to answer multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate party This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment with a supportive team.
